The investment party of this project is Shandong marble Weilan New Material Co., Ltd., which was jointly funded and established by Shandong marble Forestry Development Co., Ltd. and Weilan Xinneng in October 2025. the two companies hold 90% and 10% respectively. Shandong marble Forestry Development Co., Ltd. is a state-owned enterprise engaged in industrial development and investment business in the field of new energy, and is a subsidiary of Shaanxi forestry industry group. Registered in Zibo, Shandong province, the company specializes in the research and development, production and sales of solid-state batteries, energy storage batteries and battery management systems. It will adopt the solid-state battery technology of Wei Lan new energy, focusing on the development of new energy storage, power grid peak regulation and industrial and commercial energy storage market.
