Incoming material: the source intercepts and does not allow a "sick" cell to enter. Juneng New Energy implements the "flight inspection" system for cell suppliers-without prior notice, no route, and no preset range, the audit team directly enters the electric core factory and checks item by item from the raw material warehouse to coating plant. After entering the factory on cell, we must first undergo "full inspection" rather than "spot inspection" -- capacity, internal resistance, voltage, self-discharge rate, thickness, weight, six parameters are measured one by one, AI algorithm automatic clustering analysis, only A- level cell is eligible to enter the group link. Each test has clear acceptance criteria. Each data must be compared with the historical database. Any abnormal trend-even if it has not exceeded the standard-will trigger a technical review.
